However, if you book other travel arrangements, book my skie will act as a booking agent, and your contract remains with the supplier (e.g., cruise or tour operator, airline, or hotel supplier). - The person booking a flight ticket must be aged 18 or older and is liable to accept the terms and conditions on behalf of all members for whom they are booking. They are also responsible for all payments due on behalf of the group.
Payments
At the time of booking, you must make a deposit. The amount may vary per person, including the total holiday cost, which depends on the type of booking. You must clear the total cost no later than 8 weeks before departure. If you book within this set period, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make payments will result in cancellation of your booking, and if you have paid a deposit but fail to pay the remaining amount on time, you will lose your deposit.

Refundable tickets must be returned to us, after which we will forward them to the airline. Refund processing may take 8-12 weeks or longer in certain circumstances, such as lost tickets. Cancellation by book my skie
We reserve the right to cancel your flight ticket in certain conditions. For example, if the number of passengers does not meet expectations, we might cancel the booking. However, we will not cancel your travel plans within two months of the departure date unless the final payment has not been made.
If we cannot provide the booked travel arrangements, we will either offer an alternative arrangement of a similar standard at no extra cost or a full refund of all payments made (excluding insurance installments).
If a flight gets canceled, book my skie is not obligated to provide a full refund for the tickets. The cancellation fee applies only after payment is received by us. This fee varies based on current airfares, up to 100% of the ticket price. Please note that non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. If a passenger cancels their booking, a $150 fee will be charged in addition to any airline-imposed fees, which are not included in the $150 and are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of cancellation for reasons other than non-payment, we will offer alternative travel arrangements if available. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund of all payments made, minus any insurance and alteration fees. Compensation is not payable in these cases.
Pricing Policy
All book my skie travel plans and fares are subject to availability. Once an approval invoice has been issued, prices may vary under specific conditions or if you revise your booking.
Pricing may be subject to changes in transportation costs (e.g., airfares and fuel costs), taxes, levies (e.g., VAT), or charges for services (e.g., airport fees) and fluctuations in exchange rates. We will offer a refund of insurance charges that you cannot transfer or reuse. If you choose to cancel due to these changes, you must notify us within 14 days of the surcharge receipt issue date.
Once full payment for flight tickets is received, fees will not increase. For other travel arrangements, cost increases from suppliers will be passed on to you.
Our Liability
i. We accept responsibility for ensuring that booked travel packages are delivered as described. If any part is not provided as promised due to negligence by our agents or suppliers, we will compensate appropriately, limited to twice the travel package's cost.
ii. We accept responsibility for injury, illness, or death caused by the negligent acts of our representatives, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors in the course of their work. Compensation will be paid as per English Law.
iii. Our liability is subject to international conventions regarding travel by air, sea, and rail. If you experience personal injury, death, or significant issues during a trip not part of our booked package, we will provide reasonable advice, guidance, and, where appropriate, financial assistance, subject to written approval from us before initiating proceedings.
As we act solely as booking agents, we have no liability for any arrangements unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
You must ensure compliance with all passport, visa, and health requirements, allowing adequate time to obtain necessary documents. Requirements may vary and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to confirm all relevant details with appropriate authorities and ensure that your passport remains valid for six months beyond your travel period. book my skie cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance. Any costs or losses resulting from such failures are your sole responsibility.
Suppliers' Conditions

A flight described as "direct" does not necessarily mean it will be non-stop or without layovers. All flight arrival and departure times provided by airlines are estimates and subject to change due to various factors, including air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance needs, and other circumstances.
